“I wish to thank all those who have invited me to work for them since starting my business, in particular Patrick Bowden – Smith, director of Noblecastle Ltd for whom I have managed several wildlife conservation projects.”

“Over the last few years we have engaged Ted Carr to assist with our pond restoration work and woodland management. Ted has carried out his work both diligently and enthusiastically whilst at all times being sympathetic to the priorities of the School. Throughout his involvement, he has kept us fully informed of activities, challenges, progress and successes. Our pond is once again a fine asset to the School and local wildlife and will benefit both for years to come.”

“I always wanted to build a trout pond but there is much more to it than just a possible site and a digger. Ted Carr on behalf of Noblecastle Ltd did everything to make sure the project was a success. This included; checking water levels, soil structure, planning consent as well as thoughts on possible contamination, water quality and great ideas on the overall shape and landscaping of the pond. Ted worked closely with me and the contractors throughout the project. I am delighted with the result.”

“Ted Carr has managed conservation projects on behalf of Noblecastle Ltd for several years. I have found him to be a very good manager, one who engages one hundred percent, is prepared to take the initiative and makes practical suggestions based on good sound experience in the field. Ted also engages well with clients and contractors alike.”
